Aerie - Stock Associate

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
li>You ensure the Stockroom runs efficiently and productively by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures organized.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct them.
• You assist fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance whenever needed.
• You prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You love organization, have attention to detail and are strong in priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability – you get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.
• You have worked in a stock‑related role previously.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
