As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and monitoring assigned areas within a food and beverage location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.81 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Sat 4:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Sun 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activities to help deter theft, vandalism, and/or suspicious behavior within the food and beverage production environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors while upholding company and client standards.
• Assist with emergency response procedures as needed, including evacuations and/or lockdowns, following established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
