** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet*
* 2. Applicants should be proficient in using a computer or tablet (B204). Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms is essential for job performance.

3.  
** Customer Service Experience*
* 1. A minimum of one year of customer service experience (B219) is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and customers.

4. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production-adjacent spaces, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting arrivals, departures, and/or incidents as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.

+ Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
