Your new role As a Personal Tax Semi Senior, you'll play an important role in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting with the preparation and submission of personal tax returns while building strong client relationships. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of personal tax matters and have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge further through ongoing training and study support.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll have a minimum of 2–3 years' personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice environment. You'll be confident managing personal tax compliance work, possess strong attention to detail, and be keen to continue developing your technical knowledge. Previous experience preparing self-assessment tax returns is essential, while studying towards or wishing to pursue a professional qualification would be advantageous.

In addition, you'll be a strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships and working collaboratively within an office-based team environment.
