Pre Con Talent is assisting a reputable contractor in Hertfordshire to find an experienced residential estimator. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of residential construction experience in the UK, focusing on new builds and regeneration projects.
The estimator will evaluate project costs, with opportunities for progression to senior estimator within the company. Candidates should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have a solid understanding of the UK housing market and estimating software.
