Site Manager - Internal Fit-Out (New Build Residential)

📍 Eddington, Cambridge
💰 Up to £75,000 + package (car allowance + bonus)

We’re working with a privately owned residential developer delivering a 160-unit scheme in Eddington, Cambridge, consisting of houses and low-rise apartment blocks. With the superstructure complete on the first phase, the project is now moving into internal fit-out.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the internal works package through to handover.

Role Overview

You’ll manage all internal fit-out works from first fix to completion, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the scheme. You’ll report directly to the Project Director and work closely with the wider site team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal works through to handover

* Coordinate subcontractors and site activity

* Maintain programme and drive progress

* Ensure high standards of H&S and quality

* Manage inspections and snagging

Requirements

* Proven residential Site Manager experience

* Strong internal fit-out background essential

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required

* Strong communication and coordination skills
