Residential Surveyor Remote Working Upto £90K OTE 10% Commission Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor looking to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice where quality, support, and professionalism are at the core of everything they do?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Level 2 Surveys
  • Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
  • Red Book Valuations
  • Bespoke Building Surveys
  • Private and Panel work
  • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
  • Registered Valuer status essential
  • Proven track record in residential surveying
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer?

  • Salary package:

    £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE
  • 10% commission on personal net billings
  • Working hours:

    remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available
