Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor role

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will:

Manage their Civils Subcontractor.
Forecasting.
Cash Flow.
Valuations (upstream and downstream).
Some involvement in procurement.
Oversee commercial aspects across 3 Solar & BESS sites.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Strong Quantity Surveying experience, and experience in a Senior QS position.
Experience working with civils packages of work.
Experience in a Solar (desirable).
Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant (desirable).

The Senior Quantity Surveying role would suit someone who is:
