.Freelance Quantity Surveyor Essex 6+ Month Contract
We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor on a social housing refurbishment scheme based in Essex.
This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the chance to take full commercial ownership and run your own project.
The role:
- Full commercial management of a refurbishment project
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Cost control, reporting, and financial tracking
- Client liaison and project support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QS with a main contractor
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently
