Monday-Friday between 08:30-17:30, 1 Saturday in every 10-12 weeks (10-2)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Handle incoming customer requests primarily via telephone, email, and web services.
Ensure all interactions are logged accurately using our technology systems.
Provide advice, assistance, and support to citizens and businesses interacting with Council services.
Maintain a high standard of service delivery in line with agreed processes and procedures.
Adapt to future technology developments, including potential social media interactions.
