- Manage a portfolio of established customers following implementation and deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and relationship management
- Monitor engagement levels and account performance to support retention and continued success
- Gather customer feedback and usage insights to support product and service improvements Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management, customer success or client services
- Experience with in a technology, software, SaaS or solutions-based environment
- Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Experience using CRM systems, business software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
