Teacher of Physics

Overview

Haileybury UK is seeking a Teacher of Physics to join our Science Department. The role is permanent, full‑time and commences September 2026.

• Teach and inspire pupils from Year 7 to Upper Sixth in Physics.
• Develop and implement engaging science curriculum beyond specification requirements.
• Lead projects such as the Haileybury Cube Sat Programme and support pupils in national competitions like the British Physics Olympiad.
• Provide support and guidance to pupils across all year groups.

• Degree level in Physics or a related subject.
• Ability to teach Physics at A level (IB Diploma experience desirable).
• Passion for fostering lifelong learning and stretching pupils beyond the curriculum.
• Experience in teaching science to a wide range of pupils is an advantage.
