Your Role as SEN Class Teacher- Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
- Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
- Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child s holistic progress
- Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches
- Tailored development pathways into SENDCo, Specialist Lead, or Senior Leadership
- Regular 1:1 coaching and CPD linked to personal goals
- A leadership team that actively promotes from within and supports long-term career journeys
