• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure learning continues
• Maintain positive behaviour management and classroom order
• Support students to stay on task and engaged
• Follow school policies on safeguarding and behaviour
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
• Confident managing a classroom and engaging students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm, professional, and adaptable approach
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
