Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and reports
  • Lead and support a team of teaching assistants
  • Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals
  • Participate fully in training and professional development towards QTS
