Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking for a opportunity within a specialist school?
Academics are acting as an agency on behalf of a specialist school in Ware, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant - Ware to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This Teaching Assistant - Wareren with additional needs.
You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping pupils access learning, develop their confidence and build greater independence.

The school is looking for someone who is:

Able to build positive relationships with pupils
Confident supporting children with additional needs
A strong team player
Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential if you have relevant transferable experience
