About the Role

A leading UK residential developer is seeking an experienced and proactive Occupational Health Nurse to support the health, wellbeing and safety of employees working across multiple construction projects throughout the Home Counties. (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Outer North London Suburbs)

This is a varied and rewarding role combining regular site visits with strategic occupational health support. The successful candidate will undertake planned day visits to construction sites across the region and attend the company's Head Office approximately once per month to collaborate with senior management, HR and Health & Safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health services across a portfolio of live construction projects.
• Conduct health surveillance programmes in line with statutory and company requirements.
