Calibre Search is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our East Hertfordshire team. This office-based role covers technical contracts in building services and M&E, with occasional site travel.
You will lead engineers and contractors, ensure service delivery against KPIs, maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
The role offers a 65,000–75,000 salary, a company vehicle and a 40-hour week, with Monday–Friday hours and travel to site as required.
