Position: Senior Electrical Manager - Solar, BES & ICP

Dynamic Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the complete electrical delivery of utility-scale solar, battery energy storage and ICP/grid-connection projects.

The successful candidate must have strong, demonstrable experience across all three areas:
Solar PV, BESS and ICP works, including commissioning and energisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage electrical works from design review and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, energisation and final handover.
- Oversee HV and LV systems, substations, transformers, switch gear, protection and control, earthing, SCADA, metering and grid connections.
- Provide technical oversight of HV cable installation, jointing and terminations.
- Develop and manage commissioning plans, testing schedules, ITPs, quality documentation and completion records.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, DNOs/IDNOs, OEMs, subcontractors and commissioning engineers.
- Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, UK regulations, safety requirements and applicable standards.

Essential experience:

- Proven delivery of utility-scale Solar PV, BESS and ICP projects.
- Strong HV knowledge and practical understanding of cable terminations.
- Successful experience taking projects through commissioning and energisation.
- Ability to manage the complete electrical scope from initial design through final handover.
- Electrical engineering qualification; HV Authorised Person/Senior Authorised Person experience is highly desirable
