Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations. Graduation by August 2027

On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you'll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?- Engineering Excellence:
Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations. - Project Management:
Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers. - Equipment Reliability:
Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management. - Smart Manufacturing Innovation:
Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey. - Automation Expertise:
