We're looking for an individual who will act as finance support to the Site Lead and Commercial Supports, assisting with finance‑related activities including purchase order raising, WIP reporting and accurate quoting.

• Act as finance support to the Site Lead and Commercial Supports, assisting with finance‑related activities such as purchase order raising, WIP reporting and accurate quoting.
• Create quotes, purchase orders and manual payments in a timely manner, complying with company and customer time frames and ensuring they are goods‑receipted promptly.
• Raise ad‑hoc purchase orders for all subcontractors and ensure they are goods‑receipted in a timely manner.
• Update the quotes tracker and upload quotes to the client approval system in a timely manner.
• Maintain the client approval system when works are approved and completed.
• Review and update weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
• Assist the site finance team with monthly or weekly governance reports and ad‑hoc information as required.

• Previous finance knowledge.
• Proven communication skills.
• IT literate, including MS Excel, SAP and Teams.
