Our client, a well-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage based in Hertford, are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.

• Basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000
• Realistic OTE of £30,000 - £33,000

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Meet clients face-to-face and provide professional mortgage advice
• Conduct initial appointments and progress applications through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure all business is written compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
  
  Develop your knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and support

• Minimum CeMAP 1 qualified (full CeMAP qualification advantageous)
• Driven, motivated, and eager to build a successful career in mortgage advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Professional and target‑driven approach
