Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team while taking ownership of financial reporting, process improvements and commercial insight. Your responsibilities as Finance Manager

Lead, support and develop a team of two within the function
Produce accurate financial reporting and management information to support business decisions
Work closely with the Finance Director to improve financial performance and reporting processes
Build and maintain effective relationships with banks, auditors and external stakeholders
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across the business
Provide commercial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making
What we're looking for in a Finance Manager

Fully AAT qualified with ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification, qualified by experience, or nearing qualification with a strong finance background
Strong Excel, financial reporting and finance systems experience
Previous experience leading and developing finance staff
Experience working within a fast-paced operational business environment
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
