Job Description:

Our client is a Hertfordshire based boutique financial planning and wealth management firm that provides tailored investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning solutions. They are looking for a proactive and organised Client Administrator to support our Financial Advisers in delivering an efficient, personal, and seamless client experience. Duties:
Prepare documentation and meeting packs for client meetings. Process new business, client onboarding and ongoing administration. Liaise with product providers regarding investments, pensions and protection policies. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems. Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and St. James's Place standards. Support Consumer Duty requirements and attend relevant compliance training. Prepare Annual Review and Fund Switch reports.

Assist with new investment and pension cases, including regular contributions and lump sum investments. Skills and experience required:
Excellent telephone and communication skills with confidence making outbound calls. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Benefits:
