We are looking for a Territory Business Manager to join our team and execute Solventum surgical solutions and infection prevention value propositions across the East Anglia, Herts and Essex region. If you have clinical or sales experience in patient warming IV solutions or medical equipment and are comfortable in operating room environments this is the role for you.
The OpportunityAs a Territory Business Manager you will develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers and department leaders including clinicians, consultants, anaesthetists, procurement leaders and equipment leads. You will drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts and introduce new products while supporting value-based pricing that drives profitable growth.
What You’ll Do- Execute Solventum surgical solutions and infection prevention value propositions for the portfolio including Patient Warming Peri Op IV and Infection Prevention.
- Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers and department leaders including clinicians, consultants, anaesthetists, procurement leaders and equipment leads.
- Drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts and introduce new products.
- Support value-based pricing that drives profitable growth.
- Create value with total concept including hardware products and service.
- Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and product use.
- Drive pre-tender market consultation and tender implementation.
- Manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Life Science Business, Clinical or Nursing Degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
- Clinical or sales experience of Patient Warming and/or IV solutions and products.
- Experience selling medical equipment and machines or relevant clinical experience.
- Experience and ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes.
- Comfortable in an operating room environment, critical care and ICU.
- Current valid Driver’s license required as you will be issued a company vehicle.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel 50 percent of your time within Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Location This position is fully remote within the United Kingdom with travel required within Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire. Ideal candidate location is East Anglia, Herts and Essex region.
