Fixatex Ltd is seeking an AI-curious People Ops professional to own and automate the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage onboarding, employee relations, performance framework implementation, and HRIS responsibilities, partnering with TAS and the People Leader.
This is a junior, part-time role (3 days/week) with three days in Hertford. You’ll aim to template and automate tasks to reduce manual work while enabling higher-value people work.
