Overview
Our client is urgently looking for a Field Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. You will cover sites across West Hertfordshire including Tring, St Albans, Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
You will be well-versed in Windows 11 and customer focussed, willing to go above and beyond in order to provide top quality customer service.

Responsibilities- Travel to sites across West Hertfordshire including Tring, St Albans, Watford and Hemel Hempstead
- Provide field engineering support for desktops, printers, scanners and servers
- Deliver exemplary customer service and proactively resolve issues
- Utilize Windows 11 to support end users and assist with technical problems
- Positive, proactive can-do attitude
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Windows 11 familiarity
- Full UK Driving Licence
