Private Client Solicitor - Hertford / hybrid working

New opportunity for a leading firm in East Anglia and Essex has a vacancy for a Private Client Solicitor.

This is an exciting role for a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join this busy team. You will have a background in private client matters including wills, trusts and probate matters. STEP qualified or working towards qualification is desired but not essential.

• Taking client instructions and preparing Wills, LPAs and general Powers of Attorney, from straightforward to complex matters
• Managing probate and estate administration files for high net worth clients
• Trust administration
• An awareness and some experience of issues affecting the older client and understanding of the Court of Protection and Deputyship work
• Networking and business development activities

• Dedicated to providing excellent client service
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good understanding and background in private client law
