An exciting opportunity has become available at Mercedes-Benz Hertford for a vehicle Technician.
On OfferBasic Salary between £32,000 and £38,000 DOE.
Bonus is based on productivity on a weekly basis, £30.00 for hitting productivity and then £12.50 for every hour above. The average bonus is between £450 and £650 per month if you hit the productivity percentage.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday , Saturday Rota .

- Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
- Level 3 qualified technician with experience working within a main dealer
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Happy to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
