Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 11pm - 7am

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are recruiting for an experienced and driven Team Leader to organise, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of a cleaning services team across the site.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

• Management of the cleaning team, performance reviews, sick leave etc.
• Ensure the cleaning work is in compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures, rules and guidelines,
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary,
• Support with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate,
• Full leadership of the cleaning function and the delivery of a professional service aligned to contractual service level agreements,

• Strong management experience,
• Confident communicator with internal teams and management,
