Repairs Supervisor

As a Repairs Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day activities in the contract area, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules and safety standards. You will manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives covering reactive maintenance repairs, motivating the team to achieve high efficiency, quality and safety.

• Assisting with Health and Safety standards and practices
• Overseeing complex works and projects through site visits and correspondence with client counterparts
• Supporting schedulers to coordinate large projects
• Providing quotes to clients utilising the Schedule of Rates
• Liaising with residents
• Attending client meetings to provide regular updates on works
• Conducting post‑inspections
• Working alongside planners to prioritise jobs

• Strong IT knowledge
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• In‑date DBS check
• Experience dealing with multi‑trade operatives and sub‑contractors
• Experience with in the housing sector preferred
• Valid driving license
