Are you an experienced Primary Care Practice Manager looking for a genuine leadership opportunity within a large, forward‑thinking GP practice? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, mid‑sized, two‑site practice in Hertfordshire that is investing heavily in its long‑term operational future. The Partners are seeking an experienced and confident Practice Manager who can provide visible leadership, oversee governance and compliance, and help shape the strategic direction of the organisation with strong infrastructure already in place.

This position offers the opportunity to focus on leadership and operational oversight rather than constant day‑to‑day firefighting.
