Location: North Hertfordshire
Turning Point UK is seeking a Team Leader for our Complex Needs Team in Hertfordshire. You’ll oversee Recovery Workers, deliver supervision and appraisal, and guide staff to achieve outcomes for adults with mental health needs in community settings.
You will collaborate with operations and partners to embed Turning Point’s values, manage risk, and continually develop the service to reduce isolation and promote recovery and independence for the people we support.
