Team Leader Block Management

As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of approximately 7 Property Managers, ensuring they deliver an exceptional service to clients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will retain a small portfolio of your own, allowing you to remain hands-on while focusing primarily on team performance, client satisfaction and operational excellence.
