Built on flexible microservices architecture and low-code tools, Enactor enables seamless omnichannel experiences, including self-checkout, mobile POS, and offline resilience for large enterprises and specialty retailers.

We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives, including:

• Manage and run group programmes/ projects
• Application management and BAU oversight
• Tooling, configuration, and deployments of key deliverables
• Coordination and leadership of offshore teams
• Close collaboration with enterprise-level stakeholders

This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders, offering significant ownership and impact within a product-led organisation.

• Retail or Ecommerce experience for this role

• Software Delivery / Programme Management
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level stakeholders & governance frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Managed software programmes/ multiple projects

• Product-based company experience
• Retail, SaaS, or e-commerce environment
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams
