Fixatex Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager – Electrical Testing to oversee EICR delivery under Lot 3 for Peabody. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards, and control budgets and KPIs.
You will coordinate with Peabody on contract performance, drive resident experience, and deliver timely EICR certificates and reports. A strong background in social housing EICR programs is essential.
