Managing a Philanthropy Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in growing philanthropic income through the development of strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective major donors. • Work with senior leadership and trustees to expand philanthropic networks and unlock new opportunities.
  • Secure and steward five-figure gifts and contribute significantly to organisational income targets.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, impact reports and donor communications.
  • Develop creative donor engagement opportunities, including events, briefings and exclusive experiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insightful reporting and analysis. Champion best-practice fundraising, compliance and ethical standard
About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing a donor pipeline and moving prospects through the donor journey.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written communication and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, trustees and high-net-worth individuals.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems and data to drive fundraising performance.
