M4 are recruiting for reliable, nimble- fingered plant pickers and planters for our Client based in Bovingdon for their seasonal work starting within the next 2 weeks for their spring and summer season

About the Role

.This is a hands-on, physical role working with young baby plants.

Hourly rate of £12.71, working hours  during peak

Duties include:

* Picking and handling delicate seedlings

* Planting young plants into trays and pots

* Labelling and sorting plants

* Operating planting machinery

* General nursery duties as required

What We’re Looking For

* Good manual dexterity (“nimble-fingered”) for handling small plants

* Physically fit – this role involves frequent bending and lifting

* Comfortable working on your feet for long periods

* Reliable and punctual

* Own transport required (site not accessible by public transport)

* Previous nursery, horticulture, or production line experience is helpful but not essential
