Role: Full-Time Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Max and Min Veterinary Practice in Hertford is looking for a passionate, skilled and caring RVN to join our independent family.

Cases That Keep You Sharp

From routine spays to complex soft-tissue surgeries, keyhole procedures and advanced orthopaedics all performed in house, we see it all! We also have a number of visiting specialists to help when we need them allowing us to treat most cases in house.

CPD

Want to specialise in behaviour, ECC, or anesthesia? Or simply refresh your knowledge in general practice? We’ll pay for the courses and give you the time to study! Our only request is that you share and utilise your new skills with the rest of the team.

Modern Gear

When we say we have all the tools, we mean it! DR Digital X-ray, Dental X-ray, A full range of rigid and flexible endoscopes from Karl Stortz, the latest range of Idexx lab machines including the InVue, Zoetis Imagyst, Vista IQ, PRP and Stem Cell treatments in house. We also have an automated Ventilator and a range of surgical and orthopaedic kits and a completely paperless workflow from admit with digital consent forms through to anaesthetic monitoring on iPads and discharge notes.

What

to Expect in the Role

Working with our veterinary and client care teams to help give our patients the best care and our clients the best service. Leading nurse clinics, managing and monitoring anaesthetics, triaging cases, looking after inpatients, helping our students grow and develop and engaging in our social media pages.

The Essentials Qualified & Registered

You must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) and eligible to work in the UK. The role is full time split over 4-5 days.
