• Designing window displays and visual merchandise in the store that turns heads and hearts – and opens wallets
• Keeping the shop floor looking good – and the products attractive
• Sorting and preparing stock, ready for the shop floor
• Helping customers have such a great experience in store, they keep coming back
• Handling life‑changing cash on the tills

• We are ideally looking for an ongoing commitment of a minimum of 2 hours a week and on regular days of the week if possible.
• Our shop hours are Monday‑Saturday (and occasional Sundays), 9am–5pm but we can be flexible around your availability with whichever days and hours you can do.

• You love communication and making people feel welcome

Willow is the only national charity working with seriously ill young adults aged 16 to 40 to fulfil uplifting and unforgettable Special Days. Since 1999 Willow has fulfilled more than 21,500 Special Days for young adults living with life‑threatening conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy and Huntington’s disease.
