Senior Sales Representative – Home Counties

We’re looking for a high-performing

Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the continued success of an already‑launched product. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and business growth.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to build on the early momentum of a launch and shape its long‑term commercial success. You’ll work cross-functionally with market access and other internal teams to secure and maintain formulary inclusion and maximise uptake across your territory.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales performance for an established launch product.
Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
Work closely with market access, medical and marketing colleagues.
Secure and maintain formulary inclusion across key accounts.
Deliver engaging product presentations and training to HCPs.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.

About you

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
ABPI qualified (essential).
Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and formulary processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive self-starter, comfortable working cross-functionally.
Based in or able to cover the East Midlands effectively.
