About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join an exceptional team as a Kitchen Designer, creating bespoke luxury kitchens tailored to each customer's individual needs, lifestyle and budget.

You will guide clients through the entire design journey, from initial consultation through to project completion, delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, excellent communication skills and a passion for high-end interiors, alongside the drive to achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential through uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Create bespoke luxury kitchen designs tailored to each client's lifestyle, taste and budget.

Conduct detailed design consultations with customers both in the showroom and on-site.

Produce accurate kitchen plans, 3D visuals and specifications using industry-standard design software, ideally Winner.

Guide customers through the full design and sales process, from initial concept through to completion.

Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Work closely with installers, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury kitchen ranges, materials, finishes and industry trends.

Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to individual customer requirements.

Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.

Work towards sales targets while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury brand.

Ensure the showroom and design presentations reflect the company's premium image.

Requirements /

Skills:

Previous experience in kitchen design or interior design, ideally within the luxury sector.

A strong creative flair and an excellent eye for detail, styling and premium finishes.

Confident using kitchen design software, with experience in Winner being advantageous.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a consultative sales approach.

The ability to build rapport with high-end clients and understand their individual requirements.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive, motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

A genuine passion for luxury kitchens, interiors and contemporary design.

A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
