Commercial Gas Engineer – East London (university site)

£40000-£Van + Benefits

Heating and Ventilation Consultancy who have been established for over 20 years are looking to add to their compliance team due to new contracts. They currently require a Commercial Gas Engineer with proven experience in a range of duties including:

* Installations, maintenance, and repair on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.

* Conducting safety checks and gas inspections

* Diagnosing and fixes faults in boilers, pipework, and burners.

* Ensuring all work meets gas safety regulations and industry standards.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will spend most of their time in East and North London but will also (when required) need to go into Central London. Typical sites will include council buildings, commercial offices, education and plant rooms of high-end residential sites

To apply for the Commercial Gas Engineer role the following experience is required

* Be a proven Gas Engineer working on commercial sites in the London/South-East area

* Hold a full driving license

* Hold gas qualifications including - ACS Commercial Gas, COCN1, CODNCO1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CIGA2, CDGA1, CENWAT, COMCAT1, COMCAT2, COMCAT3, NG Installation & Maintenance, Commercial Pipework (CP1)

* Be DBS checked

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently and where needs alongside other trades.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will receive training where needed and be part on a 1 in 8 on call rota.
