A nonprofit educational organization in Hesperia is seeking dedicated Instructional Assistants to provide educational support for students with special needs. Responsibilities include picking up students, assisting with assignments, and helping manage frustrations. Ideal candidates have an Associates Degree and have passed the CBEST. Benefits include medical insurance contributions, paid time off, and a retirement plan. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM while school is in session.
