• Buss, clean and reset tables
• Check restrooms and hand‑washing stations every half hour for cleanliness and supplies
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and keep the parking lot free of debris
• Keep the interior clean, safe and inviting for guests and employees
• Clean and inspect dish machine and other machinery as required; maintain proper chemical levels
• Properly sort, wash and replenish all dishware and kitchen items in service areas
• Immediately clean up spills, broken glasses and dishes
• Address complaints and requests promptly and notify the supervisor of any issues
• Assist with stocking deliveries; rotate perishable stock in accordance with standards
• Perform sidework and other deep cleaning duties as assigned
• Willingly help others without being asked
• Adhere to Denny’s Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
• Provide prompt and courteous service and be cordial to all team members and guests
• Complete all other tasks and duties as assigned

• Able to work in a team environment
• Meet Denny’s uniform and grooming standards and maintain them throughout the shift
• Must pass all required tests and training requirements
• Must work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Possess excellent guest service skills
• Able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions
