Retail Sales Associate (Part-time) – Harbor Freight Tools

Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour (depends on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience). Associates and their families are eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off up to 152 hours per year (PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays), and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Operating hours: 6am – 10pm.

• Handle various sales transactions.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physical ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
