Evans Halshaw Omoda & Jaecoo in Hull is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the service journey, from check-in to post-visit follow-up. You will build trust by understanding needs and advising on maintenance, safety-critical repairs, and manufacturer recommendations.
You will promote and upsell service options, manage appointments and courtesy car bookings, and work with technicians to ensure timely repairs while keeping customers informed and engaged at every step.
