£15.61 per hour | Full Time, 35 Hours per Week | Godfrey Robinson House, Kingston upon Hull

Your working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm (some flexibility to work weekends as required).

About

The Role

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of our ancillary team, including catering, maintenance, transport, domestic services, and activities. You will ensure that our residents experience a safe, well‑maintained environment with high‑quality social and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team, including line management of catering, domestic, maintenance, and transport staff
  • Ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing HACCP systems for Health & Safety compliance
  • Managing maintenance schedules and ongoing safety checks
  • Organising sufficient trained drivers and escorts for transport needs
  • Overseeing cleaning, laundry, and domestic services to meet required standards
  • Planning and organising resident activities
