Office Manager

Overview

Ridings is a respected building services engineering consultancy with offices in Hessle and Leeds and a team of 20+. They're looking for an Office Manager to own the finance function and keep the business running smoothly. It's a varied, trusted role with direct access to the directors.

The Role

* Full bookkeeping in Xero, from sales and purchase ledger to bank reconciliations

* Credit control, cash flow and monthly management reports

* VAT returns, payroll, pensions and HMRC submissions

* Expenses, credit cards, job costing and year-end support

* Office and facilities management across Hessle and Leeds

* PA support to the directors, and support with tenders and accreditations

* Welcoming clients and visitors to the office

About You

* AAT Level 3 or equivalent

* Xero (or similar), payroll and HMRC experience

* Comfortable owning a broad remit in a small business

* Organised, accurate, positive and hard-working

* Power BI a bonus
