This is a hands-on quality engineering role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to get close to operations, tackle real production challenges and influence how quality and process performance are improved.

You'll work across Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, leading investigations, supporting validation and change activity, and using data and structured problem-solving techniques to deliver sustainable improvements.

The Role As Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day quality engineering support across manufacturing operations, helping teams identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
• Leading root cause investigations using structured methodologies including 5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC and 8D.
• Driving corrective and preventive actions through to effective, sustainable resolution.
• Supporting change control, risk assessments, verification and validation activities within a regulated environment.
